The guy that works at the kitchen design part of this store is an absolute joke. There are absolutely no customers besides us today due to the confinement and we had some questions regarding designing the plan of our new kitchen. He basically said to us that because of COVID, he can only spend a maximum of 15 minutes per COVID and that we are suppose to be designing everything ourselves at home and only coming to the store to finalize the final plan. The design website is super complicated, slow and outdated. Obviously we needed some help to add filler spaces and an island to our kitchen. There was absolutely no one else designing a kitchen and he was spending most of his time joking around with his colleague. When I asked him about explaining the differences between the materials for the counter tops, he wasn't very friendly about it and he seemed a bit impatient. We literally felt like we were just bothering his day of doing absolutely nothing and he was getting paid. People like this in France need to be fired and replaced with capable and hardworking people. Young people can't find jobs because older workers have seniority and don't do any work and act like douche bags and taking up all the available jobs. You're better off at Ikea or a real kitchen store with qualified people to help you design and create your kitchen. Don't come here and waste your 10K or 20K on a kitchen. So disappointed in Leroy Merlin!!!!

Best store chain. Again another classic example of leroy and merlin pulling it out of the bag. Displays Galore, products to their thousands and an expansive tool secrion that makes the heart want.

The packers had made a mistake: a small but vital part was missing from the door of a kitchen cupboard. I emailed twice, without result, to ask that the small item be posted to my address 50 kilometres away, too far to make a special journey without any hope of retrieving the item. I wasted time and money phoning to be told I needed a customer number which I didn't have. I finally sent a registered letter to the directeur. Respect and courtesey to customers is way down on the bottom of this firm's list! Dorothy Meredith
