I visited the shop and kindly asked a young man for assistance, He pointed with his thumb towards the other isle and walked off. This place has so much potential, but it does serve customers. If you don't want to work here, move on to an admin job where you don't face customers who value your support and advice.

Good range of products, do remember though that the prices listed are BEFORE tax. Some items have the full price in small print on the shelves. Great range of building materials outside, just drive in through the barrier - load up - then go to the checkout at the exit barrier.

Absolutely disgraceful customer services. Asked 2 separate sales staff for help getting 3 double glazed windows from the top self, both said they would be right back. I waited 35 mins, in the end my husband found a step ladder and we both got them down ourselves. What made me so angry was the amount of staff stood round talking to each other. I spent 750€ in store today. In future i will be using Leroy Merlin,

Absolutely usless bought 50 square metres of heavy tiles 2 15 mm 8 x4 sheets of Plywood. 3 guys loaded tiles onto Trailer on palle with forktruck. . Told me it was to Heavy for Trailor and closed door and stood chatting on Inside. I Me and my wife both pensioners offloaded 900 Kg of tiles reloaded them in car and trailor and loaded 8 x4 sheets of Plywood on top shame on them people. Go to Leroy Merlin if your Items are heavy or you need help
